Hier von mir ein Tipp für's Bier:
Man möge es mal mit jenem aus Amsterdamer Brauerei 't IJ (wird ausgesprochen wie das englische Wort 'tie') versuchen. - Die ist in einer Windmühle untergebracht, da lohnt sich auch ein Besuch vor Ort.
